Turkey has not signed International Labour Organization (ILO) contract number 176 yet{*}. This contract is named the 1995 Safety and Health in Mines Convention, and the safe and healthy working conditions are set, and obligations are listed. The most important mistakes are made because these national and international rules and regulations are not carried out.
