Income, Sanitation, Residence, Living/workplace safety, Communication with community resources, Communicable/infectious condition, and Nutrition problems were identified in all earthquake survivors. Conclusions The Omaha System provides nurses with pertinent data to organize health services and prioritize interventions in the post-disaster period.
